One of the most exciting and unique pillars of Smartlinks is our Development Services team, led by Rishabh Srivastava. We have been traditionally known as a consulting organization, but we see ourselves as an organization that solves real supply chain problems using technology.
Over time, our Development Services team has stepped up to solve some of the most critical "killer gaps" we've encountered in packaged solutions—gaps that directly impact how businesses operate on the ground. These aren't just minor tweaks; they're essential enablers that have often made the difference between success and failure in complex implementations.
What’s truly remarkable is how this team has gone beyond patchwork fixes to build a cloud-native platform that allows us to rapidly model and deliver tailored solutions—essentially a modular, execution-focused supply chain platform that responds to real business needs.
This evolution has been very ably supported by a core group of individuals who’ve been with us for years—Suresh Onteru, Janani G, and Jaya Vardhan (all part of Rishabh’s team), along with our long-standing partner Milan Patel. Their deep domain expertise, continuity, and commitment have played a crucial role in shaping and maturing this platform into a true differentiator.
Among the standout innovations is TRUKR, which delivers deep, end-to-end execution visibility—not just basic tracking. Its capabilities span across three core dimensions:
In-Transit Visibility: Real-time updates on shipment movement, integrated with multiple TMS providers, enabling proactive exception management and accurate ETA predictions.
Dock Visibility: Insight into dock schedules, availability, and utilization—helping teams understand how the dock will look hours or days ahead and optimize flow accordingly.
Inside Warehouse Visibility: Granular visibility into warehouse execution activities—such as pick progress, staging, and load readiness—bridging the gap between transportation and fulfillment.

Another key solution is StockLean—a lean, agile tool for inventory optimization, designed for environments where full-scale, multi-echelon planning isn’t practical. It’s fast, focused, and highly effective—especially where flexibility and responsiveness are critical.
What’s even more exciting is what lies ahead. We're now starting to apply AI on top of these solutions, unlocking entirely new layers of value—whether it’s predictive analytics, intelligent alerts, dynamic workflows, or optimization recommendations. These AI capabilities promise to take execution visibility and decision-making to a whole new level.
We’re just getting started, and we’re incredibly excited about what’s coming next.
